Ilsington

Sunday, we set off, in the rain, to walk around Ilsington, our adopted village. The path was steep and slippy and not very enjoyable in the wet. we got to the village and found the village shop [for a Sunday Paper] and all the useful stuff. We voted to walk back along the road

The church was occupied, it being Sunday, and was no use to shelter from the rain. The pub was shut.
