Me and Aoibheann challenged ourselves to cook a three course meal, with £5 for the main and £5 for the starter/dessert.
I did starter and dessert and Aoibheann did the main. So we had:
Starter: Pitta bread crisps with a homemade roasted red pepper and garlic dip
Main: Sausage, baked potatoes with a garlic and spring onion butter and a pepper and crispy leaf salad with balsamic vinegar dressing.
Dessert: Fake chocolate mousse with whipped cream topping.
This photo is of Aoibheann "working the camera" with the dessert. Afterwards we were so full so just chilled and watched Amelie.
