Son of the soil

We went to Knowes Farm for a Halloween day today. There was a scary maze (we screamed the very walls down), biscuit decorating, pumpkin carving, scarecrows, pumpkin shy, tractor rides... I could go on, but the highlight was probably pick yer own veg - carrots for dinner tonight. And tomorrow, since we got a bit carried away. The farm shop was a bit of a revelation - it's possible we over indulged in the free samples. Mmm.
