Autumn Colours at Stourhead

We thought we'd take the chance to enjoy the views here this morning before tonight's threatened storm blows too many leaves off the trees. Too windy for reflections bit lots of choice for blips. Chose this one, taken from the steps of The Temple of Apollo, because of the panoramic view of the range of colours (and I've posted a few blips of the turfed bridge and the Pantheon before!)

A bracing walk, a bowl of soup in the cafe and a lazy afternoon. Time to get the fire lit and the wine opened.
