MONOCHROME SHIFT

I missed Friday's mono shot so here is substitute. A good friend told me they were lifting the small boats from the harbour at the end of the boating season. By the time I got there the efficiency of the hoisting team defeated the potential for dramatic shots but I was pleased to capture some grounded craft and a human expression of regret at the coming of the close season. Perhaps best recorded in black and white after all.
