Sometimes . . .

. . . this is just the sort of food you need! Very tasty it was too, midway through the morning in the shop!

Still visitors about and before 11am I'd had three Dachshunds in; a single miniature one and a pair of long haired one, with their owners, I hasten to add! Although we mostly sell Orcadian crafts, at Christmas we buy in other goods, fair trade bits and pieces. The ordering has been done and they are being delivered daily, boxes everywhere, so just now we are busy unpacking and pricing them. It's all go!

Out at a golden wedding celebration in the evening. Marjorie and Davie laid on a sit down meal for 80 (roast beef and all the trimmings, followed by fresh fruit pavlova) then dancing to a ceilidh band till the small hours, with a break for sandwiches and wedding cake mid way through! A really great evening! Mike and I were up for nearly every dance but I don't think I made much of an inroad into all those calories!
