A Day of Everything

A morning session with R. A lot of it sat in silence as I didn't have the energy to speak. I have things in my head but I just don't feel comfortable saying them out loud.

A most enjoyable afternoon with WhiskyFoxtrot, we ate, drank, walked and shopped. Can't remember the last time I enjoyed time like this .

Got home but couldn't face going in; to go back to my horrible life. So about turned and walked for close to 3hrs, aimlessly, in the rain.
