Jake is One

It was a year ago today that Jake came into this world, and what a blessing he has been! He is the sweetest little guy and melts all of our hearts on a daily basis. He loved his first taste of cake, but wasn't interested in the frosting! Today I am grateful to be Grammy, the best title ever!!
