I can't wait - but I have to

Well today I bottled my first batch of cider for this year. I've made it before and it's quite easy, even with the most basic equipment. I'm using one of Darina Allen's recipes. It wasn't very strong but it was delicious, so here's hoping for this year's batch - all I have to do now is wait - but that's hard!!!
