Heading for the Oven

One of our favourite dishes. Chicken pieces covered in a mix of natural yoghurt, grated zest and juice of a lime, a little oil, and a mix of garam masala, chilli, ginger, cumin and papriki. Smoked paprika sprinkled on top.

Left to marinade for a few hours covered in foil, then into the oven at 180C for just over an hour. Removed foil for last 15 mins. Served with rice and salad.
