Crystalline glaze detail...

So far this is the one of the only two pots out of the recent stuff that I really like. The pots are fine but the glazes have been blah. This is a crystalline glaze where the glaze is cooled very slowly and actual crystals grown in the glaze. The bottom of the both has a pool of another type of glaze.

Today, I am grateful for the day I was given, a wee bit of good news on the pottery front, taking care of some long overdue errands and all the rain that fell this afternoon.
