Golden Colours

Today is my 45th birthday (sounds far too old!!) so I decided to head out up to Bruar Falls and a walk up by the river to the top falls and back down again.

So Myself, Clare, the boys, the In Laws, Sis and her boys and my dad (hope you enjoyed the peace at home mum!!) headed for the great outdoors.

The weather threatened to take a turn for the worse, but fortunately it didn't and we were treated to some amazing autumnal colours from the trees.

From a photography point of view, autumn is amazing and if the light is good there are some amazing scenes to be captured....This is a picture of the top of the falls surrounded by trees with their golden colours adorning their branches...
