Ladybird
So today was definitely a duvet day…who says you have to do things on Fridays? Alright, well I did get work done while being underneath the duvet but at least I got to stay in pyjamas for the majority of the day. The evening before, after another social rehearsal of Big Band (i.e. I didn’t play my saxophone once more, instead drinking wine at the back of the room with some of the others who were either not playing at the time or like me were just not in the mood to play. Apart from annoying the conductors by our slightly rowdy behaviour, we all had a great time! Pub was after, and then we all somehow ended up going to Smack (a nightclub in Leamington) until gone four in the morning. So I think that I deserved to have the day in bed…well, maybe not. But still.
So this photograph is one of one of my many ladybirds that seem to love my room. I don’t know why, but every time I leave the window open in my room, I tend to have about eight or nine wandering around my ceiling within about fifteen minutes. I know it is an awful photograph, things in the wrong place and settings all awry, but I don't really mind!
So, all my day was spent working, my evening as well. I can’t wait to see Thom tomorrow, it feels like it has been too long again.
None of us know how much time we have left on this earth. What is left in the end are your actions, and the memories you left behind and how you made people feel. And what you want to leave behind is that people remember you with love.
