..... So you will learn from Mum and Dad how to pull these reeds for tucker! Wow, what full on day we have had today, saw all sorts of things in and around Ballarat. Not far from the city centre there is a large lake - Lake Wendouree, very large, and used for boat recreation, sailing, and today the local dragon boat team was also out practicing. What this did with the drum beat was upset the large amount of bird life around the wetlands part of the lake. Heaps of pics, but Found this family of swans in one part of the wetlands, thought it cute the way mum and dad were showing the young ones how to get the base of the reeds out!
