Down Stream

Good day. worked until 2, went and got my hair cut and highlighted and to top it off a nice walk through Whatcom falls park.
I saw a group of people placing flowers by the fall. This is the spot where a young boy drowned approx. 6 months ago. I had taken a picture of the falls back then and there was a cross out of logs in the falls. I know exactly how they were felling being I still throw flowers in the bay and its been almost 13 years for me......
