The Captain is not going down with his ship

Lovely walk around Lyttelton this morning, so much activity on the water, paddle boarders, wind surfers, yachts, speed boats, kayakers, and birds too, terns, shags, gulls, etc, but I really liked this little fellow in his cool life jacket - a great advertisement for water safety (and he was very obviously in charge of his "ship").
