Prison eggs make great cakes!

When i was at the supermarket today i noticed that all the eggs where white and non where free ranged. Speaking to my neighbour she gave me these eggs. The prisoners on the island look after free range chickens and then sell the eggs. Great to get something which is from the island and has not traveled too far. Also make a mean lemon drizzle cake.
