my unusual blackbird....

7-8 years ago I noticed this unusual blackbird in my garden. I have noticed it for the last week back in my garden. Not sure where they go in winter. I do not know the life expectancy of a blackbird, so I can only presume it is the same one. Its white neckfeathers are so unusual. Google suggests 3-4 years, but up to 10 years is possible.
