Just picked away at work, slept in cause my alarm didn't go off but feel I've made up for by working into the evening, after watching ulster beat Cardiff. Really tough game, ulster too many mistake we were lucky and the score probably flattered us, but 5 points is 5 points and we'll always take that. (Classic sport cliche)
