Les platanes

Last blipped on 21 April. It's been a while.  I only took five photos today, on my way to the shop, so I wasn't exactly spoiled for choice. This is looking the other way, from the outskirts of the village.

A quiet day: baked pumpkin spice cake (made with butternut squash from the garden), went to choir practice. In the evening we popped round to see G, and ended up spending far too long critiquing the failings of capitalism over a bottle of primeur, so dinner was very late and rather minimal. Thank goodness for leftovers :)
