To the 'diff and back

It’s been one hectic day!

I took a trip to Cardiff this morning for a seminar on ‘Delivering World Class Infrastructure in Wales.’ There were a number of speakers from the Finance Minister in the Welsh Assembly Government to a Project Manager on the London 2012 Olympics site. There was nothing really new that came out of it, but there were some good presentations.

And then in the evening it was a trip back to Cardiff and a discussion on ‘how can quality professionals become sexy,’ now cut that laughing out at the back! Lol! Actually it wasn’t quite as simple as that, although it’s clear to see why the quality profession has problems with some people’s attitudes. However, it appears I might have a couple of public speaking opportunities coming from it; I’m always up for a challenge so bring it on!
