Health and safety being thrown over the balcony

Mum and I sat and watched this workie balancing on his ladder (and the balcony railings, and the window ledge) for about half and hour today while waiting for my bus.

He must have been in Cirque du Soleil in a previous life, because we were convinced he was going to fall, but he managed to tightrope walk along the balcony railings and shuffle his ladder along at the same time, without dying. Excellent skills for a painter!
