A present

I have just been given one of hese, 4 feet Long, all internals finished just (!!!) needs deck and superstructure, and rigging of course. Comes with a 7 Kilo false keel. Lots to do, but she could be a nice boat. I want to alter the sail plan so she only has one mast, cuts down on complications ! Needs some calculations to do that !
