Azaleas at Ilam

GingerNan, Spikes2013 and I had our usual coffee+photoshoot get-together this morning, and visited the wonderful Ilam Gardens at the Ilam Homestead. I'd never been there before, and hadn't know they existed and was enchanted with all the gorgeous azaleas and rhododendrons that are flowering at present. Such a treat!

I thoroughly goofed this morning - I forgot to replace the battery in my camera after charging it last night. I'd left it sitting where I'd be sure to see it, but no, that didn't happen. So this image is from my iPhone and I think the phone's camera has done an excellent job. I've got a new camera bag, and hadn't added the spare battery. That'll larn me!
