Guava
Today our watercolour class went on our yearly visit to the San Diego Watercolor Society's International Exhibit. Wonderful artwork!
Mary and I car-pooled, with Mary driving. She brought me some just picked this morning Guava fruit from the tree in her yard.
Mmmmm! Tasty! These had a greenish colored meat inside. To me they taste like a creamy champagne custard with the grittiness of a pear. There is also a very sweet aftertaste that reminds me of the fresh sugar taste you get when chewing Bubble Gum.
