Fallen Leaves

My next door neighbor and I went on another late afternoon walk around our residential complex. We were able to get an early start since there did not seem to be any golfers out possibly because of the reseeding in process.

We spotted and photographed lots of birds. Some of the birds we saw included Yellow-rumped Warblers, Western Bluebirds, Great Blue Heron, Great White Egret, White-crowned Sparrows, Black-crowned Night Heron, Osprey, Coots, House Finches, Nutmeg Mannikins, and Mallards.

Also saw some new visitors include Northern Shovelers and Ruddy Ducks. We spotted a turtle in the southern pond and, of course, saw several rabbits.
