Flour with a real connection

I've mentioned James the breadmaker on Blipfoto earlier. I bought this bag of flour from him. Grown organically and locally in Kent, James was one of a band of people who sowed the seed and who later harvested the wheat that went into this flour.

I can't claim that the wheat harvested by James is in this bag but there's a real connection that I was aware of while I was baking today.

Elsewhere, computers dominated the day with Mrs miketoons getting her long-awaited replacement for her aged laptop and me installing the latest upgrade to Lightroom (5.2). Happily, no problems were encountered. Whoop.
