Gai phad med mamuang
Deep fry cashew nuts, dried chili and chicken (marinated in soy sauce and sugar and rolled in flour) each separately. Briefly fry sweet pepper and onion and add nuts, chili and chicken. Garnish with spring onion and add soy sauce and sugar to taste. Serve with rice.
