Last of the Sun for October.

Well that is what the weather forecasters are saying. Strong winds and rain ahead. I had booked today off so I had a long weekend and also because I wanted to get stuff done before tomorrows exciting gig. More about that tomorrow.
Took the dogs out for a lovely walk and as we were going down the road I thought this would make a good shot. Taken with my mobile I thought I could get a couple of shots whilst holding onto a lead with two patient dogs on the end without dropping it. The colours this time of year are striking.
I had a busy day tidying the back garden, sweeping leaves up and just a general tidy up before the rain and winds arrive to blow the last of the colours of autumn off the trees. I even had time to make an apple crumble for tea.
