leaning

Three days of healthy eating, exercise, not a drop of alcohol and this morning I felt tired.

Had agreed to go to Morecambe for the day so convinced myself that a bit  of seaside therapy would be good for me. It worked. Great day. Loads of sun. Plenty of photos. Shadows galore. Plus more exercise along the prom. 

The leaning polo tower here (well, I just tilted the camera) is all that is left on the site of the Frontierland theme park which closed many years ago.
