Four candles

Blow out migraine. Day started ok ish but went rapidly downhill on the drive to work. The M3 is a scary place in the rain with a migraine descending rapidly so came off and crawled back until I ended up in sainsburys carpark in tears waiting for the aura to pass. Pathetic. Coffee and sugar got me home though before the inevitable extra crash. Fun times. Vx
