The wettin' o' the Heid.

We have a relative who is very easy to shop for on Birthdays and Christmas. He likes nothing more elaborate than a bottle of Single Malt, a different one each time as a rule, for the fun of it: with an upper limit of course.

To get ourselves over the doorstep and out of the house we took off to ASDA© in Carlisle, (where we didn't see the odd "Walmartian", they must all be in Walmart and in USA), where the fuel is vastly cheaper than Morrison's, thence to Gretna retail outlet, Whisky shop for the use of. There we found that the one we had in mind was both...
A) Stocked by ASDA.
and
B) Cheaper in ASDA. (To be expected I suppose...Back to ASDA)
But first ... Any way, not to waste a journey, we thought "Let's get one for us".
They had a tasting last time we were up there and Gaffer fell for this one in a big way, she's obviously in select company, so we got it and toasted Emily with it at home at night.
