Muscle memory

This is what I do to packets, once they're empty.

Often I don't even know I'm doing it.

When I was young, I did it to the packets that I'd emptied. These days I do it to the packets of people I'm with, too. Next step, strangers!

I couldn't tell you how to fold a rectangular packet down to a triangle.

I just tried to make a list of instructions in my head and my hands started flapping around.

This knowledge is in my fingers and not my head.
