Coffee Eclairs

It's the final of The Great British Bake Off tonight. Daughter #2 usually comes round to watch it with me and I bake something for us to eat while we watch.

Tonight's treat is coffee eclairs - with Tia Maria in the coffee icing! Mmmmmm!
