Process

These multi-coloured blobs are paintings of the energy fields of the Bach Flower Essences I've taken most - my core stuff really, my deepest darkest.

The process of painting them brought up the emotions that the flower essences treat, and it was really healing and transformative. The process was more important than the end result - a wonderful excuse for dreadful paintings. One day I'd like to do workshops giving people the opportunity to process their deepest, darkest by doing flower essence paintings too.
