Spot On

I tried a different focus setting with the A99. I quite often like to focus and re-compose but this method is way from perfect the closer you are to a subject, even though I specify different focus points on my A55. With the A99, it is a whole different story. Using the tracking mode I focused on the kicker here and pointed towards the goalie. Even waiting a few moments, I was still in focus and this is what I got. Timing/Framing was lucky/unlucky but the focusing was not fluke. A very clever trick.

I couldn't see a thing through the electronic view finder though.... I should have turned off the "Live View" effect to frame this properly.
