Bench

Tremendous morning with a ball of light rising in the east and a cool air as Juno and I set off for our early stroll. Full of beans we went for a longer walk and I checked out the apples, pears and sloes. Will need to forage soon before the masses get out.

Busy day at work and managed to catch up with some old pals.

Managed to run all the way to football tonight. What a great session with the girls, they are just soaking up all the skills and drills. It is a pleasure to see them all grow in confidence and reach their potential.

One of the girls I started coaching at school was shy and frightened, now she is confident and very talented, great to see.

This is the top of Blackford hill, the bench faces the city of Edinburgh, I think it is the wrong way as the Pentlands are a much better view.
