......and that's not just a comment on the weather! The last time I bought pumpkin seeds it was in a rather large (OK, so it was huge) bag so I really need to use some of them up.....anyway, I went searching for recipe ideas yesterday and I found some tasty sounding snack ideas online. I'm going to try the chorizo and smoked paprika recipe on this page later (will report back), and there's some others here that I might try too. Oh, and a seasonal tip for all you pumpkin carvers, both links also give instructions for drying the seeds 'from fresh' too.....waste not want not and all that;-)
