Usual route

Went out for a walk after work for a bit of fresh air and thinking time.
I usually walk to the marina and back but I forgot how quickly it's getting dark at night so I cut it short just at the end of the path and turned back.
Family got nana moved to another nursing home today, seemingly it's better in terms of environment and setting. Nana still very distressed and agitated at certain times looking for the children and wanting to go home,early morning, about 4pm and 9 pm seemingly it's some kind of syndrome. Seemingly it's in relation to in the past, her routine when she would get the kids ready for school, home from school and settled for bed. Need to do a wee bit of research !! Any ideas?
