Cairngorms

As the morning forecast was pretty bad we found a B&B for last night as we didn't want to be packing up in the rain and wind.
It wasn't as bad as expected, and not windy, but it was nice to have a warm, dry space to sit.
The breakfast was excellent though we couldn't do it full justice as we were going to do parkrun and did want to finish! It was 3 times round the park in the rain but not too bad and we were able to get showered and changed in the B&B before we checked out.
We had a short wander round Inverness and then decided to head homewards with a stop on the way, choosing Coylumbridge. As you can see the weather wasn't brilliant but it wasn't too wet and the birches were magnificent. I did have a nice pic of a falling down house - except the sky was too washed out.
Then home to sort and dry everything.
