Sheep Shed

There are a number of sheds on Les Salines at Bréhal in Normandy. I think they are used as shelters for the sheep and lambs which graze the salt marshes. The lamb is called pré-salé and is considered a delicacy. I've tried it but it didn't do much for me - expensive too!
