Look what I found out the back of the Sporty, it's brand new, how cool is that? Not for the use of the public I expect but the schools and clubs will get the benefit.

A friend of ours died last night, all very sad, only mid fifties. She leaves a husband with a very different retirement to the one they had planned. Just shows you life overtakes us, get out there now and enjoy it.

Spin class was good today, I know this cos I never looked at the clock once, also not so much Ventolin needed so my lungs are healing.
