Houton Head

A very dull Blip on a very dull, damp, dreich day.

Went early through to Stromness surgery to get my flu jag. Had my blood pressure checked. I then signed a document to say I would eat far more salt and blocks of Trex. Going into the shed now to do some electrical repairs. Then into the polytunnel to tidy for the back end.

CMC said she is going to bake for me. A light and fluffy cappuccino will accompany said cheese scones. Sometimes I just don't know how I get through the day.
