Armageddon

There has been a stillness about today. The calm before the storm. This evening there was low cloud and strange skies. This is the Canoe/Children's pool with Newcastle baths behind and a two image panorama.

On the news tonight were dire forecasts about tomorrow and in particular what may eventuate in the Blue Mountains. Two children aged 11 and 15 have been arrested in relation to starting the fire at Heatherbrae (just north of Newcastle) last week. People are wondering why children are doing this. It is strange and frightening times. My thoughts are with the people of the BLue Mountains who are going to be sorely tested tomorrow.
