Best of the Tate

Visited the Tate Britain art museum today. They have some amazing portraits from the 16th century to 19th century...definitely worth spending few hours in there. Although the most interesting exhibitions were these two. The lights turning on and off is completely bizzare! The artist even won international prize for this work!! I initially walked past the massive room in which this work is exhibited thinking the museum was still installing some artworks. But not until my friend told me about it, i had to go back and check it out myself! Ridiculous!! The next interesting exhibition was called "Women and Work". This was supposed to be a serious exhibition showing pay inequalities between men and women however we ended up having a good chuckle at some of the incident cards and time cards which were on display as part of the exhibition. If a staff cut their finger, twisted ankle, slipped on way to toilet and sprained leg, had ear infection..they were sent to a hospital but not allowed day off from work! There were some hilarious stories too.
