The Boys are Back in Town

Kelso and Bogan love the cool weather we've been having and they're still a little wound up at having us home after vacation. They chased each other like mad today - Dixie Chick was standing with me, observing the boys as they wore themselves out.

Bogan (on the left) is holding his own for an old guy. His cancer diagnosis (hemangiosarcoma) was made six months ago and at that time, the vet said we might have him with us for another year. I don't like to think about that.

For now, we are enjoying every day with him, and he is enjoying life. That's all that matters.

So...nothing too exciting, just a day in the life with my hounds...
