Today’s the Day!

It’s been pouring down since first thing but - it’s been a terrific day!

Sue and I had a trip to Carlisle and I treated myself to a jumper, a pair of slippers and a special little book for a very special little person.

After a coffee in M & S I took my today’s picture of Carlisle city centre; I noted the time on the clock tower as being 2.25pm! While we were drinking coffee we knew my grand-daughter would be in theatre. Her Caesarean section was scheduled for 2pm and we later heard today’s most important news. Since 2.12 pm I have had a great grand-daughter 6lbs 11 ozs.
