Farmhouse After Dawn
We practised a form of Tai Chi under the wispy clouds of post-dawn Holy Isle. I didn't do this last time - I stayed retreating in bed as long as I could, fearful of being noticed, getting it wrong, being mocked. So this time I followed my game plan, and spent time in silence with my friends old and new, thrilling out at not feeling coordinated, and almost for the first time not caring. Not only was I not mocked, but my friends patted me on the back for taking the risk of being fully present with them, the beautiful island and myself.
