Comforting

I like new stuff. And I like it when new stuff becomes a comforting habit too. So I'm really enjoying my Monday night walks while J's at his piano lesson. Slightly shorter tonight as I had to make a work call during the first part which sort of made me feel like a rep sitting in the car with my note pad. But mainly appreciating the flexibility that allows me to be on a call at the same time the boy's lesson started.

Exciting morning as this is finally Anna's actual birthday so the day started with frenzied unwrapping and then a lot of roller-blading around the kitchen. And much later a lot of roller blading to Franco Manca for birthday pizza.

Not a bad Monday at all.
