Our new Beaver

J said his promise this evening and was invested into Beaver's. The Investiture took place after a torch trail and sing-a-long at Youlbury Scout Centre, which is great as this is the oldest permanent Scout camp in the world. There were Beavers from the entire Thamesridge Scout District present.

He looks great in his new Beaver uniform. He doesn't have his badges yet, but either myself or mummy had better learn to sew over the next few weeks.

I have cheated a bit on the location. This image was actually taken at home since it was too dark and busy on the torch trail to get a decent photo.
